"Awful phone call from a State Farm rep. Was super rude and aggressive, like why?!"

"I spoke to someone who was so rude and condescending towards me. I have had my insurance with this office for 10 years or more. Have never put in a claim and was treated like a child by a male that works there. So annoyed."

"Been a customer with State Farm/Carl Ferraro’s office for quite some time. During a recent call, John was a huge help in identifying discounts my family qualified for and was a huge help in clarifying some inquiries I had. Highly recommended! Thanks again, John!"

"Samantha helped me transfer my out of state insurance and was incredibly kind and helpful. The process was so easy and she answered all of my questions. She even made an appointment for me at the DMV to update my registration. Also, the ability to text the office is so convenient. What I thought was going to be a stressful process turned out to be the easiest part of my day. I'm very grateful!"

"**BUYER BEWARE** BUYER BEWARE OF FRAUD AND DECEPTIVE BUSINESS PRACTICES** I would like to preface and say that I have tried to resolve this issue with the company directly, but have yet to get a call back from Carl Ferraro despite multiple attempts. My experience with State Farm has lead me to believe less in the transparency and fairness they boast in their commercials, but rather the bait and switch reality of dealing with their agents. As with most Americans, in considering the affordability of a new vehicle, I checked on the insurance rates. I provided my accident and ticket history accurately, allowed them to run a report on my driving record and when they quoted me a price that I felt was fair- I went with them. A monthly rate of $540, I had a couple hits on my record and felt that it was fair since I had been paying $500 a month on my previous vehicle for over a year. I purchased, paid and picked up my vehicle. Within two weeks, you could imagine my shock when the next bill I received showed my premium 20%+ higher ($720) than the monthly rate I was quoted and had already paid. If that wasn't shocking enough to my working salary budget, my premium has changed again a week later when I received yet another bill. This monthly rate was 65% over what the original paid monthly rate- topping out at a whopping $890. I don't know about any other working American, but this is not a small budgetary change. I'm shocked, they got me- hook line and sinker. Pay one rate, pick up and purchase your car and then let them stick it to you. I spoke with @statefarm Insurance, they said they had messed up and that nothing could be done. The agent ran the wrong information and address. So because of this mistake my monthly insurance payment has went up three times in one week. Long story short, their customer service department basically told me that they're sorry and that there is nothing they can do. Even after they admitted that they made a HUGE and COSTLY mistake, they still haven't been able to rectify the problem. I was told by the agent and I quote," we screwed up but there's nothing we can do." I feel that they used bait and switch sales tactics to obtain my business. Their lack of professionalism and disregard for customer service is appalling. So maybe by using social media I will be able to get an explanation instead of excuses. I welcome a resolution from State Farm."
